📋 Description

• Develop and prepare written work product in support of veterans' disability claims and appeals • Review medical records, military service records, and supporting evidence to develop persuasive written arguments • Draft written arguments supporting veterans' disability claims and appeals • Prepare case summaries, legal memoranda, issue analyses, and supporting documentation • Review and analyze evidence relevant to disability claims • Support attorneys through factual and legal research

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining quality • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Experience in deadline-driven professional environments • Preferred experience in legal writing, technical writing, claims writing, compliance writing, insurance, healthcare, or similar professional writing roles • Familiarity with veterans disability law and VA claims processes • Understanding of VA regulations and disability rating criteria
