📋 Description

• Create and update J.S. Held website content using Craft CMS • Develop, review, and publish copy and graphics for social media posts and email campaigns • Support targeted audience development using LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Delivra • Collect, analyze, and report website and campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Microsoft Excel • Support SEO, AEO, and GEO initiatives through keyword research, content optimization, and metadata updates • Provide keyword analysis and reporting support for Google Ads campaigns • Participate in virtual team meetings, take notes, ask questions, and contribute ideas • Review drafted marketing communications for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with business objectives • Collaborate using Asana, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams

🎯 Requirements

• Recent college graduate or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including website content management, SEO, AEO/GEO, paid search, social media marketing, email marketing, and digital analytics • Working knowledge of major social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop • Familiarity with website content management systems • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work collaboratively and manage assigned tasks and deadlines • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to digital marketing trends, technologies, and AI-powered tools • Creativity and critical thinking • Preferred: Experience with Google Analytics 4, email marketing platforms, paid digital advertising platforms, and relevant coursework, projects, or prior internship/work experience in digital marketing
