📋 Description

• Lead complex, multi-jurisdictional investigations involving regulatory inquiries, compliance reviews, financial transactions, and litigation support • Conduct forensic accounting analyses, including fraud investigations, damages quantification, and financial reconstruction • Support litigation and arbitration matters through expert report preparation, testimony support, presentations, and data visualizations • Analyze large datasets to identify financial irregularities, trends, or risk indicators • Serve as a senior client point of contact, ensuring exceptional service delivery and strategic insight • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies with internal stakeholders • Lead or contribute to business development, proposal development, pitches, and opportunity identification • Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership, publications, and market visibility • Build and maintain relationships with law firms, financial institutions, and corporate clients • Represent J.S. Held at industry events, conferences, and client engagements • Lead and mentor junior professionals, including reviewing work product and supporting professional development • Manage engagement teams, budgets, timelines, and deliverable quality • Provide constructive feedback and contribute to a high-performance team culture • Travel as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in forensic accounting, investigations, disputes, or related consulting environments • Active CPA license • Proven leadership experience focused on team development and client delivery • Ability to lead and mentor junior professionals, review work product, and support professional development • Ability to manage engagement teams, budgets, timelines, and deliverable quality • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to distill complex findings into clear, actionable insights • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines • Experience working across international jurisdictions and regulatory environments preferred • Certified Fraud Examiner license or desire to obtain CFE license preferred • Big 4 Audit Experience highly preferred • Financial services industry experience highly preferred • Ability to remain in a stationary position during work shift • Ability to travel as needed
