📋 Description

• Perform construction dispute resolution, claims preparation and analysis, forensic accounting, cost analysis, and project controls and contract administration support on live projects • Perform damages quantification, including loss of productivity, prolongation costs, additional work, and contract assessments • Contribute to expert report preparation • Conduct advanced data research • Manage client relations • Prepare and deliver presentations communicating results • Support management and/or control of construction projects, preferably in infrastructure and energy sectors • Provide consultancy services on substantial and/or complex disputes • Write high-level reports • Collaborate with the team and deliver assignments to client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the construction and engineering industry, with a focus on construction claims, cost control, and change order management • A recognized undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, accounting, or similar from a leading university • Professional license and/or professional certifications (e.g. professional engineer or engineer in training, cost professional, project management professional or equivalent) • Excellent oral and verbal communication skills • Ability to lead and work in multidisciplinary teams • Professionalism and client-facing ability, able to build trust • Strong technical foundation in project planning and control • Relationship building and strong interpersonal skills • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and construction programming software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project • Flexible approach to work • Understanding of project-based work, ability to work under pressure, and ability to meet deadlines • Sense of personal responsibility for work quality • Must be able to travel for various assignments • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
