📋 Description

• Own a territory, including every financial aid office and relationship within it • Build territory plans, set calendars, manage budgets, and deliver results • Build trust and relationships with financial aid offices and higher education stakeholders • Participate in professional associations through membership, exhibiting, sessions, listservs, and volunteer roles • Visit campuses approximately six to eight times per year • Deliver institutional webinars using Juno’s standard presentation deck • Maintain accurate CRM records for every active account • Provide competitive, campus, and student intelligence to product and marketing teams • Support Juno members with timely answers, one-to-one support, and customer service during peak borrowing season • Use AI to accelerate institution research, RFI drafting, call preparation, and follow-up • Help financial aid administrators and students understand Juno’s private student loan options

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in financial aid administration, student lending sales, higher education partnerships, or a closely related role serving students • Strong relationships within the financial aid/higher education sector • Ability to prioritize time and energy • Consultative patience and ability to establish trust over multiple touches • Ability to present to financial aid administrators and students • Ability to write RFI and RFP responses • Regulatory literacy; ability to answer compliance and regulation questions accurately and escalate appropriately • Self-management across dozens of institutions with no daily supervision • Curiosity about student lending, including federal versus private lending, rates, cosigners, deferral, and refinancing • Comfort with seasonal workload peaks in fall and spring • Must live in the assigned territory • Approximately 30% travel, concentrated in fall and spring • Willingness to use AI tools for institution research, RFI drafts, call preparation, and follow-up
