📋 Description

• Lead the company’s overall Project Management Office function. • Set standards for project management capabilities, success measurement criteria, methodologies, and tools. • Develop the PMO as a Center of Excellence that nurtures project management practitioners and shares industry best practices. • Lead PMO governance, reporting, and review frameworks covering organizational project activity, risks, and challenges. • Prepare executive summaries for senior leadership on project and team performance. • Foster relationships with project leaders and senior stakeholders. • Provide coaching, training, and support to improve project and program management capability. • Manage the PMO gating process, GYR process, and project accountability. • Oversee successful execution and performance of customer-facing and internal initiatives. • Provide leadership, integration, and management of project management processes and functions. • Recommend or approve project and program budgets, expenditures, and reporting. • Manage project interdependencies and coordination across projects. • Monitor deliverables, timelines, and key performance indicators; escalate issues as appropriate. • Lead project quality and post-completion reviews. • Identify and implement innovative project management approaches and tools. • Hire and manage staffing requirements. • Oversee delegation of work to Project/Program Managers. • Set annual performance targets and conduct performance reviews. • Personally lead selected strategic initiatives for the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years’ experience as a Project Management leader, budget management and dashboard reporting; proven record of innovative thinking and delivering projects with excellence. • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology or equivalent. • Experience leading teams with direct reports. • Experience in budget management and reforecasting to support annual planning and lead monthly reforecasting for project budgets. • Extensive experience with traditional and innovative project management processes, techniques, tools across agile, waterfall, iterative methods associated tools. • Experience implementing governance practices. • Experience in fast-growing mid-market or technology companies. • Scrum master or PMI certification (preferred). • Interest and passion for people development (preferred). • Experience implementing resource management practices (preferred).
