📋 Description

• Participate in construction dispute resolution, claims preparation and analysis, forensic accounting, cost analysis, project controls, and contract administration on live projects • Perform damages quantification, including loss of productivity, prolongation costs, additional work, and contract assessments • Contribute to expert report preparation • Conduct advanced data research • Manage client relationships • Prepare and deliver presentations communicating results • Collaborate with the team and deliver assignments to client satisfaction • Lead or support construction project management and control activities

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the construction and engineering industry, focused on construction claims, cost control, and change order management • Recognized undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, accounting, or similar from a leading university • Professional license and/or professional certifications, such as professional engineer, engineer in training, cost professional, or project management professional • Excellent oral and verbal communication skills • Ability to lead and work in multidisciplinary teams • Professionalism and client-facing ability • Strong technical foundation in project planning and control • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project • Flexible approach to work • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Experience managing and/or controlling construction projects, preferably in infrastructure and energy sectors • Experience providing consultancy services on substantial and/or complex disputes is preferred • Strong report-writing skills and industry experience in large construction and engineering projects
