📋 Description

• Reconcile daily cash receipts via lockbox, ACH, and credit cards to customer invoices • Communicate and follow up with departments regarding customer accounts in a timely manner • Perform high-volume phone calls to and from customers • Provide customer service regarding collection issues, customer refunds/adjustments, and resolve client questions and discrepancies • Monitor and maintain customer accounts • Work daily with the direct supervisor • Process monthly invoices, statements, and delinquency notices • Process credit memos and appropriate reporting • Support the Accounts Payable Lead for approximately 25% of the role through dual reporting • Collaborate with the Accounting and Finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience • Understanding of billing and collections procedures • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and Pivot tables • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities • Strong attention to detail • Goal oriented • Team player • Commitment to excellent customer service • Eager to learn and create efficiencies in day-to-day responsibilities • Experience with SAP Business One a plus • Ability to work core hours between 8am–5pm EST, Monday–Friday; additional hours as needed
