📋 Description

• Recruit patients for multiple clinical studies • Contact referrals generated through marketing and outreach efforts • Identify potentially eligible patients from the internal database • Help determine studies for which patients may qualify • Schedule patients for initial visits at clinic facilities • Maintain an updated tracker of scheduled patients and visit outcomes • Follow up with patients as necessary • Understand assigned studies by reading protocols and resource materials and attending training • Build and develop the site’s patient recruitment database • Identify and implement new patient recruitment methods • Contact new potential patients and maintain communication with database patients • Perform other assigned tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Must be Central Florida based • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish • Minimum associate or bachelor’s degree preferred • Background in psychology, health sciences, or a related field preferred, or relevant experience in patient recruitment or clinical research environments • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service-related position, preferably in a medical or health provider environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to complete training and follow study protocol • Flexibility and ability to prioritize and multitask • Detail-oriented and self-motivated • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to interact with a diverse patient population • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
