📋 Description

• Own the execution and delivery of the AI product roadmap • Plan and execute the use of AI to develop products in areas such as Salesforce and SAP • Turn strategy into prioritized product plans and business outcomes • Embed AI capabilities into the K2U learning ecosystem, including personalized learning journeys, AI tutors and copilots, skills intelligence, and capability diagnostics • Work closely with product teams to bring features from concept to production • Ensure AI enhances learning outcomes, not just content delivery • Develop, launch, and continuously improve AI and other products and related features • Partner with content, marketing, and technical teams to deliver successful product launches • Monitor AI trends and recommend new opportunities or strategic changes • Evaluate and adopt new AI tools to improve speed, quality, and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Ownership or Product Management • 3+ years delivering AI-powered products or solutions • Experience taking AI products from concept to production • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs, APIs, automation, AI agents, RAG, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks • Comfortable working across product, technical, and business teams • Strong prioritization, execution, and stakeholder management skills • Curious, hands-on, and committed to staying current in the rapidly evolving AI landscape • Able to translate complex AI concepts into practical business solutions
