📋 Description

• Design and develop interactive eLearning solutions using modern tools such as Articulate 360, video, and AI-based tools • Create scenario-based, microlearning, and blended learning experiences • Ensure content is user-friendly, accessible, and aligned to business outcomes • Lead eLearning projects from concept through delivery with minimal supervision • Manage timelines, stakeholders, and quality • Conduct quality assurance reviews and implement continuous improvements • Collaborate with subject matter experts and business partners to identify learning needs • Translate business challenges into learning strategies and solutions • Serve as a liaison across teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery • Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements using data and feedback • Enhance the learner experience across LMS/LXP platforms • Explore and implement emerging technologies to improve engagement and scalability • Deliver learning solutions connected to behavior change and business outcomes • Increase learner engagement and on-the-job application • Build trusted-advisor partnerships with stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field • 3–5 years of experience in instructional design or corporate training • Proficiency with Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise • Experience with Synthesia for AI video creation • Experience with Camtasia or similar video editing tools • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent • Experience designing interactive, scenario-based, and microlearning experiences • Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and performance measurement • Experience with LMS platforms and familiarity with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) • Working knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and learning analytics • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities • Ability to work independently and drive projects with minimal supervision
