📋 Description

• Own data-driven product definition end-to-end, from problem discovery through requirements, scoping, and prioritization • Drive products from concept to MVP to market, then iterate based on real-world feedback and usage • Make fast, well-reasoned decisions amid incomplete information • Partner with engineering, clinical, operations, and executive stakeholders to build shared understanding and consensus • Navigate interoperability challenges across EHRs, payer systems, and other third-party healthcare data sources • Translate technical constraints into product tradeoffs • Build and maintain a roadmap balancing customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility • Clearly articulate the rationale behind product decisions to technical and non-technical audiences • Produce workflows, diagrams, working prototypes, PRDs, and user stories • Use AI productivity tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management • Experience ideally at a startup or fast-paced environment • Experience ideally within a clinical operations environment • Track record of owning products from definition through launch • Ability to manage and align engineering, clinical, business, and executive stakeholders • Experience defining and shipping MVPs, then iterating based on user feedback and data • Ability to make quick, high-conviction decisions while recognizing when validation is warranted • Experience with system interoperability or complex data integrations • Healthcare interoperability knowledge such as HL7/FHIR, EHR, or payer data is a plus but not required • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to translate ambiguity into clear requirements • Ability to work independently and drive alignment without formal authority • Healthcare, value-based care, or cardiology domain experience is a nice-to-have, not a requirement • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require employer sponsorship now or in the future
