📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end QA activities including test planning, execution, reporting, and defect tracking. • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases. • Coordinate with development, business, and project teams to ensure quality deliverables. • Manage functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing activities. • Oversee automation testing initiatives and improve test coverage and efficiency. • Track defects, coordinate resolutions, and ensure timely closure of issues. • Monitor testing progress, risks, and quality metrics, providing regular status updates to stakeholders. • Mentor QA team members and enforce QA best practices and standards. • Support release validation, production testing, and deployment activities. • Ensure compliance with quality standards, security requirements, and documentation processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance. • Strong experience in manual and automation testing methodologies. • Expertise in test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or ALM. • Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or UFT. • Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. • Experience testing web, mobile, and enterprise applications. • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies. • Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
