📋 Description

• Drive innovation in BIM/VDC processes for MEP projects • Lead small internal and consultant teams • Oversee MEP projects with a hands-on approach • Ensure precision and high-quality outcomes in project delivery • Collaborate with VP on project operations and customer presentations • Support the project team with BIM Coordination and project information for invoicing • Document lessons learned and identify technology best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Manager experience • Technical leadership & mentoring • BIM Coordination, 3D Revit Detailing, AutoCAD proficiency • Project Management skills • Knowledge of MEP processes • Communication and teamwork • Ability to analyze documents and prepare project execution plans
