📋 Description
• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness • Oversee daily operations of the service delivery function and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives • Lead cross-functional teams driving continuous improvement and process optimization • Manage and allocate resources while meeting budgetary constraints • Collaborate with senior leadership on data-driven service delivery decisions • Monitor KPIs and metrics to assess operational performance and identify improvement areas • Foster a culture of excellence through high service delivery and quality assurance standards • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards • Drive innovation and adaptability to meet evolving market demands and customer needs
🎯 Requirements
• At least 10 years in a people manager role providing leadership to people managers and/or professional staff • Accountability for performance and results of multiple related teams • Experience developing departmental plans aligned with business and organizational priorities • Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle • Advanced knowledge of data analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI • Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile and Lean Six Sigma • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and logistics • Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) software • Ability to work in the United States, California, in a remote role
