📋 Description

• Collaborate with pre-construction team during bid pursuits. • Provide hydraulic calculations and layout assistance for pre-construction. • Responsible for managing design on multiple large industrial fire protection projects. • Work with engineering team to receive permitting and approval on design. • Ability to manage fast paced design environment on large projects. • Provide 3D BIM models. • Attend BIM coordination meetings. • Maintain high standards of workmanship and professional representation and responsiveness for prospects and customers. • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 10 years’ experience in the fire protection field • NICET Certification required • Strong leadership qualities • Elite time management skills • Strong collaboration skills • Blueprint Reading: Strong ability to read and understand building plans and blueprints. • Excellent administrative and organizational skills, expert in communication, writing, and documentation abilities. • Deadline and detail-oriented • NICET Level III certification preferred • Must have valid Driver's License with clean record • Proficient with HydraCAD, AutoSprink, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, Excel, and HASS
