📋 Description

• Drive profitable growth across assigned industrial accounts • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities • Manage and expand a significant sales portfolio • Build direct customer relationships and manage distributors and resellers • Pursue new opportunities while farming and protecting existing business • Provide technical and commercial support for industrial water treatment and chemical solutions • Collaborate with R&D, product management, supply chain, and customer service • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business reviews to customers and internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success growing sales in industrial chemicals, water treatment, or a closely related technical B2B environment • Demonstrated ability to develop new business and expand existing accounts through direct sales and indirect channel strategies • Experience managing complex, high-value customer relationships and delivering measurable revenue growth • Strong commercial discipline and negotiation skills • Ability to convert customer needs into value-based solutions • Technical curiosity and credibility in industrial process, water treatment, or chemical application challenges • Ability to work independently, prioritize opportunities, and collaborate across functions and geographies • Growth-oriented mindset aligned with Kemira Principles • Technical background in coagulants, flocculants, defoamers, and dispersants is a plus
