📋 Description

• Responsible for all technicians and overseeing all day-to-day activities in the service department • Attain technician utilization at or above 85% • Attain a service billing efficiency ratio above 75% • Control technician labor cost at or below 28% of revenue • Ensure training targets and technician training goals are achieved • Verify best practices are operating in the shop location • Assist with technician recruiting • Evaluate technician performance • Coordinate work orders between parts and service departments • Ensure shop jobs are completed timely and safety issues are addressed • Assign daily workloads and job duties • Assist with service-van inventory management • Maintain shop cleanliness • Oversee paperwork to facilitate prompt billing • Manage a preventative maintenance program • Review technician productivity sheets • Interact professionally with customers and coworkers • Maintain accurate forms, documents, and notations • Maintain open communications with associates

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of related experience and/or training in a service environment • Background in fleet service operation or related field • Must abide by all Kenco Corporate Safety and Quality Procedures • Approximately 25% or less travel expected • A passport is not required, but recommended
