📋 Description
• Work from home alongside a team of accounting professionals • Deliver accurate, timely, and complete financials to clients • Code transactions • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable • Complete reconciliations • Prepare payroll • Perform similar weekly and month-end accounting processes • Coordinate work with teammates to support client success
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience • Proficiency working in QuickBooks Online • Experience working in a remote environment with a distributed team • Reside in a state where the company is established: Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, or Minnesota • Comfortable working within multiple technology platforms throughout the day • Accurate, precise, thorough, and detail-oriented • Team-oriented and reliable • Continuous learning mindset • Able to recognize when help is needed and ask for it
