📋 Description

• Utilize technical expertise, business acumen, strategic execution, relationship and leadership skills to lead a team in designing, developing, implementing and maintaining a set of interrelated technology platforms. • Build and maintain roadmaps that deliver business value; engage productively and influence partners. • Build, advocate for, and maintain technology strategy for assigned business lines. • Promote thought leadership and continuous learning. • Manage complex technology portfolios, including critical applications. • Lead large-scale multi-year technology programs end-to-end on budget and timeline. • Oversee 24/7 production support including vulnerability remediation and risk management. • Drive engagement, capability building, and delivery excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required) • 7+ years of relevant experience (required) • Expert knowledge of and the ability to consult on development and delivery of new or enhanced business applications. • Extensive experience with the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. • Expert knowledge of marketplace experience, developments and trends related to the organization's use of Information Technology (IT); ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to benefit the organization. • Extensive experience with effective project management strategies and tactics and ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives. • Extensive experience with effective agile project management strategies and tactics and ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives. • Extensive experience with the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning and ability to apply organizational acumen to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization. • Extensive experience with the value of innovation and ability to develop new ideas and initiatives that improve the performance of the organization. • Working knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques and ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals of the organization. • Expert knowledge of, and experience in, delivering new or enhanced fee-based software products. • Expert knowledge of and ability to utilize a variety of specific tools and toolkits for the development and support of applications. • Expert knowledge of and ability to define, implement make changes to, and support a production application. • Extensive experience with collaboration among team members and the ability to enroll stakeholders in communicating and coordinating activities to support the organization's vision and strategies. • Extensive experience with effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization. • Extensive experience with the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. • Extensive experience with effective team building techniques and ability to form and manage effective teams.
