📋 Description

• Administer Adobe Workfront at the system level, including user and group management, access levels, layout templates, and custom forms • Train users, develop training resources, and troubleshoot platform issues • Design, build, and maintain request queues, routing rules, approval processes, and automated Workfront workflows • Design and maintain Workfront Fusion scenarios for automation and API integrations • Create, maintain, and enhance Workfront reports and dashboards • Partner with project coordination team members to ensure work is completed on time and within expectations • Use automation to proactively surface at-risk timelines and bottlenecks • Identify manual and repetitive processes suitable for automation and lead or contribute to improvements • Deliver measurable efficiency gains through automation and continuous process improvement • Collaborate with internal and external partners using shared platforms and workflow tools • Translate technical automation and AI concepts into accessible language for non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • 3–5 years of professional experience in an advertising agency, marketing project management, or a related field • Adobe Workfront Core Developer certification preferred • Experience in traditional and digital creative development processes • Ability to ensure content aligns with business objectives and brand and compliance standards • Relationship-building skills with internal team members, external agencies, and cross-functional teams • Strong written and oral communication ability • Demonstrated presentation skills • Organizational and project management skills • Strong client focus and timely delivery • Problem-solving ability and judgment to escalate as necessary • This position is NOT eligible for employment visa sponsorship for non-U.S. citizens
