📋 Description

• Lead technical discussions with key clients, understand requirements and challenges, and provide advanced technical solutions aligned with business objectives. • Drive solution development for key accounts, tailoring technically robust solutions to customer needs. • Provide advanced technical guidance to internal teams and clients as a subject matter expert. • Contribute to strategic sales initiatives using product knowledge and customer understanding. • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and other teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities. • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings; provide product enhancement and innovation recommendations. • Act as a trusted technical advisor and build strong client relationships. • Mentor and coach junior team members. • Participate in product testing and provide actionable feedback to improve product quality and user experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Extensive experience leading technical discussions and solution development for key accounts. • Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic sales initiatives and mentor junior team members. • Strategic thinking to contribute to sales strategies and initiatives. • Mentorship skills to support junior team members. • Adaptability to evolving market dynamics and customer needs. • Ability to independently drive large onsite and virtual customer meetings, develop recommended architecture, and document deployment roadmaps. • Familiarity with enterprise software, identity and security solutions, and networking fundamentals including Exchange, Active Directory, PKI, Digital Certificates, DNS, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Azure, AWS, and GCP. • Security certifications such as CISSP are a plus. • Experience with cloud-based environments such as Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud. • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
