📋 Description

• Full‑Cycle Outbound Sales — prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close. • Pipeline Management — maintain accurate CRM stages, tasks, and forecasting. • Discovery Calls — identify pain points, budget, timeline, and decision makers. • Product Demos — deliver compelling presentations tailored to prospect needs. • Objection Handling — address concerns with clarity and confidence. • Proposal & Negotiation — prepare offers, negotiate terms, and close deals. • Follow‑Up Sequences — execute structured multi‑touch follow‑ups. • Collaboration With Marketing — provide feedback on lead quality and messaging. • Weekly Reporting — deliver KPI updates, forecasts, and pipeline insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in B2B sales, Account Executive, or Closing roles • C1+ English (spoken + written) • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas • Experience selling to U.S. SMB or mid‑market clients • Strong outbound experience (cold calling, email, LinkedIn) • Proficiency with CRMs (HubSpot, Close, Salesforce, GoHighLevel) • Ability to manage high‑velocity pipelines • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills • Self‑driven, organized, and comfortable working independently
