📋 Description

• Conduct introductory onboarding phone calls for new leads • Respond promptly to missed inbound calls and voicemails • Execute phone, text, and email outreach to prospective borrowers • Maintain ongoing communication with active pipeline leads, nurture leads, and existing accounts • Guide borrowers through onboarding, valuation/scope completion, and final term confirmation before closing • Review applications before submitting files to processing • Verify borrowers’ real estate experience • Communicate loan adjustments when deal parameters change • Clear loan conditions, review scopes and valuations, handle value mitigations, and address account updates • Collaborate with loan processing, underwriting, and administrative teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure timely closings • Maintain account hygiene and up-to-date pipeline statuses • Organize work around phone outreach, operational reviews, and administrative duties • Conduct daily pipeline reviews and weekly reviews of stalled files, uncontacted accounts, and conversion strategies • Achieve funded-loan volume and revenue targets • Maintain pipeline health, conversion rates, and required activity levels • Provide consultative guidance on Kiavi lending products, the Kiavi portal, and product guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Consistently achieve monthly funded-loan and revenue targets • Maintain a healthy lead pipeline and established conversion rates from pre-qualification to closing • Maintain high daily and weekly activity levels across calls, conversations, and applications • Dedicate weekly time to professional development, market research, and credit policy refreshers • Strong knowledge of Kiavi’s Bridge, Fix-and-Flip, and Rental/DSCR products and underwriting guidelines • Strong understanding of rehab budgets, Scope of Work (SOW), Net Operating Income (NOI), and Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) • Stay informed about national and local real estate market trends, interest rates, and lending dynamics • Complete secure identity verification using biometric and device validation • Meet applicable employment eligibility verification requirements through E-Verify
