📋 Description

• Manage inbound leads for bridge and rental clients • Educate and develop inbound leads through phone, email, events, webinar follow-ups, and assorted campaigns • Make 80 to 100 dials per day • Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process • Support marketing activities and prospect touch-points • Hand off qualified prospects to the Account Executive • Separate Market Qualified Leads from Qualified Leads • Provide pre-sales support and engage and qualify prospective customers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in finance, business administration, or equivalent preferred • 1 year of experience in customer service or sales • Experience with high volume outbound calls • Intellectual curiosity and a keen interest in real estate or mortgage • Excellent verbal and communication skills • Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience preferred • Ability to work remotely in an approved hiring region
