📋 Description

• Oversee strategy, standardization, technical assistance, and evaluation of local programming • Lead discussions on program adaptations and recommend program improvements • Develop innovative concepts to drive success measures • Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned program implementation • Provide technical assistance, identify emerging issues and solutions, and apply public health best practices • Guide field teams on local program adaptations while preserving model fidelity and standardization • Create and maintain strategic partnerships with community-based organizations • Develop and analyze local needs assessments focused on health equity, social determinants of health, and kidney disease-related care quality • Create and maintain implementation guides, budget guidelines, and calendars for assigned programs • Manage an internal workgroup for each identified program • Produce outcomes and impact reports and provide feedback to leadership • Collaborate across HQ and local departments to ensure programmatic success • Develop and disseminate program communications, field-facing toolkits, and technical guidance • Maintain regular communications with field teams regarding program updates, best practices, and resources • Serve as the program data steward in Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry, alignment, and integrity • Translate program data into impact reporting for field and national stakeholders • Lead cross-functional program workgroups and mobilize field and national partners • Identify non-industry revenue opportunities for program funding • Support development teams in meeting participation and concept creation for assigned programs • Perform additional duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university • Minimum 5 years of experience in health-related program delivery, public health initiatives, or community engagement • Experience building and maintaining partnership relationships, ideally in healthcare and/or public health • Project management experience, including managing and developing project budgets, event logistics, establishing priorities, meeting deadlines, and functioning independently and as part of a team • Volunteer management skills, ideally with healthcare or other professionals • Superior interpersonal, communication, time management and organizational skills • Flexible and adept at troubleshooting when things don’t go as planned • Experience with data/basic statistical analysis required • Comfortable learning and using Microsoft Office, Zoom meeting/webinar, Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Branding UI • Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM/data platform for program tracking, data management, and impact reporting required • Masters in a health-related or social services field preferred • Experience in grant proposal writing and securing funding opportunities through new grants preferred • Must have unimpeachable integrity and trustworthiness, tact, discretion, and professionalism • Must maintain effectiveness under pressure • Competent in using standard office equipment • Flexible for moderate overnight business travel, which may include weekends
