📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain internal controls • Lead, coach, and train Accounting staff • Participate in the close of the general ledger each period • Oversee monthly and quarterly financial statement analysis and reporting • Ensure monthly account reconciliations and significant quarterly reserve analyses are prepared and reviewed • Maintain financial information and documentation • Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Initially lead four Senior Accountants, with potential to grow the team

🎯 Requirements

• College degree in accounting • CPA • Experience working at/for a publicly traded company • 6+ years of accounting experience • Experience leading accounting staff • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP • Strong technical research ability • Ability to influence partners and serve as a change agent
