📋 Description

• Serve as infrastructure lead and own key decisions involving cloud architecture, platform strategy, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code implementation • Design, build, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure supporting the growing platform • Develop internal tools, automation, and backend services to improve developer productivity and operational efficiency • Work directly with engineering and data teams to support current needs and future growth • Establish infrastructure best practices • Mentor engineers across the organization on cloud architecture, observability, and operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical experience in platform engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles • Deep hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, VPC, and IAM • Strong coding skills in Python, Javascript/Typescript, or similar • Experience building internal tools, automation scripts, and infrastructure services • Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines • Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar • Experience with observability tools, monitoring, logging, and incident response practices • Demonstrated success leading infrastructure initiatives and making critical architectural decisions • Prior experience at a high-growth stage company • Strong judgment and ability to balance cost, performance, security, and velocity • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Comfort with uncertainty and ambiguity • Pragmatic approach to engineering and tool selection
