📋 Description

• Lead the team and help set company culture • Define and develop operating metrics • Hire and mentor staff • Ensure optimal operations across CX, recruiting, billing/RCM, clinical experience, and related functions • Manage supply-demand matching and forecasting • Manage credentialing issues • Own partnership activation, including conversion rate, patient flow, and internal processes • Build scalable operational systems for revenue cycle management, intake, and scheduling • Define metrics, goals, and standard operating procedures • Establish the operating rhythm and hold the organization accountable • Diagnose and resolve operational problems

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in healthcare clinical operations • A track record of leading teams • Deep understanding of insurance and payer workflows • Knowledge of eligibility and authorization processes • A track record of building standard operating procedures from scratch • Experience delivering organizational change inside scaled healthcare systems • Data fluency: using data to find problems, size them, and prove fixes worked • Digital fluency across healthcare operations platforms, including Zendesk and Candid RCM • Startup to growth-stage company experience (nice to have) • Healthcare change management at medium-to-large healthcare organizations (nice to have) • Physical therapy management experience (nice to have) • Marketplace experience (nice to have)
