• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for care coordination and service delivery teams supporting healthcare programs • Define and execute strategic initiatives to optimize care coordination and scheduling services • Collaborate with senior executives to shape program strategies and address emerging healthcare delivery and payer-program trends • Oversee scalable workflows, operational policies, and resource planning • Lead cross-functional efforts to address systemic challenges, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance • Use data analytics and KPIs to monitor program effectiveness and guide evidence-based decisions • Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient and partner outcomes • Present insights and recommendations in executive discussions • Own operational strategy and execution of the ED Transitions model across ED and risk-bearing entity partnerships • Develop performance management frameworks, productivity benchmarks, and operational dashboards • Lead ED Transitions scalability initiatives, including workforce planning, operating model design, governance, implementations, and cross-functional collaboration • Integrate technology-enabled workflows, analytics, AI-supported tools, and operational best practices • Perform other job duties as assigned
• At least 8-10 years related work experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • At least 4-5 years people management work experience • Willing to travel up to 30% based on business needs • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time • Applicants for U.S.-based positions must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire • Certain client-facing positions may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunizations and occupational health mandates
