📋 Description

• Design and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for Salesforce applications • Develop automated test scripts for Lightning UI, Apex-driven workflows, Salesforce Flows, APIs, and integrations • Validate Salesforce customizations • Execute functional and regression testing • Perform API and integration testing • Provide CI/CD and DevOps support • Create test and quality engineering strategies • Manage defects by logging, tracking, and validating them • Partner with Product Owners, Salesforce Architects, Developers, business stakeholders, and Release Managers • Participate in all Scrum rituals • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, integrations, and custom applications • Leverage AI to improve test design, automation development, test result analysis, and defect analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field • 5+ years of QA automation experience • 4+ years of Salesforce testing experience • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities • Experience testing Lightning Experience applications • Strong API testing skills • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Flows, Apex basics, validation rules, profiles and permission sets, and the Salesforce security model • Experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Provar, or Postman • Experience leveraging AI to generate test cases, identify edge cases, analyze test results, and accelerate root cause analysis to improve test design, automation development, and defect analysis
