📋 Description

• Prepare accurate and timely electrical cost estimates • Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project requirements • Use Accubid and Bluebeam to create detailed cost breakdowns • Analyze project scopes and develop comprehensive material and labor estimates • Research and obtain pricing for materials, equipment, and subcontractor services • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids for competitive pricing • Present cost estimates to management and clients • Participate in pre-bid meetings and required site visits • Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and related documentation • Complete estimates on time and in line with client expectations and company standards • Travel up to 20%

🎯 Requirements

• Industrial Electrical or Data Center experience - REQUIRED • Experience level in electrical estimating is flexible; proactive and eager learners are welcome • Experience with estimating software, including Accubid/Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office • Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, materials, and processes • Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Effective communication and teamwork skills • Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, and walk, including for long periods • Must be authorized to work in the United States through E-Verify
