📋 Description

• Serve as the end-to-end technical owner for external partner and merchant integrations • Design integration paths from discovery through build, launch, and ongoing production support • Guide partner development teams, validate implementations, and keep integrations healthy in production • Develop mastery of all offered integrations, partner implementations, configurations, and unique characteristics • Understand Koalafi products and platform architecture, including application flow from origination through approval, checkout, and funding • Own new integrations through discovery, build, QA, and release • Support rollouts to new merchants and partner with sales to identify engagement opportunities • Triage and prioritize partner-submitted issues using observability tools • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Sales to identify and complete integration enhancements • Improve internal processes and own rollout and adoption of process improvements • Develop external partner communications for outages, breaking changes, upgrades, and new feature adoption • Establish and champion partner ticketing processes • Audit manual processes for automation opportunities and error reduction • Maintain cross-functional meetings, internal and external documentation, and integration operating processes • Accelerate go-to-market efforts without writing production code

🎯 Requirements

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and common integration patterns • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento) or POS systems is a strong plus • Familiarity with software engineering principles and software architecture • Familiarity with at least one programming language, such as GoLang, JavaScript, or Python • Able to write SQL queries and use troubleshooting tools such as Elastic, Fullstory, and Postman • Eagerness to leverage AI tools for initial triage and investigation • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into partner-friendly language • Strong collaboration skills across business, product, and engineering teams • Ability to work independently and collaboratively and seek feedback • Highly organized, detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable navigating ambiguity • Problem-solving ability to identify process gaps and synthesize partner problems into technical solutions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for structured documentation or integration guides • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field preferred • 6+ years in a technical, client-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Integration Engineer, or Technical Consultant
