📋 Description

• Analyze Databricks job roles and propose qualified consultants • Build and serve as primary point of contact for Databricks counterparts • Monitor and maintain peak utilization rates • Manage all resource allocations, project updates, and consultant profiles within Salesforce • Generate and present data-driven reports • Collaborate with Finance, Recruitment, and Delivery teams

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Resource Management or Business Operations • Experience with Salesforce and specialized Resource Management tools • Familiarity with Databricks ecosystem or similar data engineering platforms
