📋 Description

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for high-reliability I/O connector systems and cable assemblies • Gather and translate Voice of Customer, market intelligence, and competitive insights into product requirements and growth opportunities • Lead cross-functional product development projects from concept through launch with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing • Manage assigned product lines throughout the product lifecycle, including product enhancements, pricing, cost management, and end-of-life decisions • Develop business cases, forecasts, and market assessments to support portfolio growth and investment decisions • Engage directly with customers to understand application requirements, validate product concepts, and support strategic opportunities • Monitor product performance, profitability, and market trends, recommending actions to improve business results • Maintain knowledge of relevant technologies, industry standards, and Aerospace & Defense market requirements • Support customer presentations, product training, and roadmap development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of product management, product marketing, business development, or related experience within the electronics industry • Technical understanding of interconnect products, cable assemblies, connectors, or related electronic components • Experience supporting product development, market analysis, or customer engagement activities • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project management skills • Ability to effectively collaborate across multiple functions and influence decisions in a team environment • Experience with Aerospace, Defense, Space, or other high-reliability markets is advantageous • Knowledge of connector systems, cable assemblies, fiber optic solutions, or electronic packaging technologies is advantageous • Experience gathering and translating Voice of Customer insights into product requirements and business opportunities is advantageous • Familiarity with product lifecycle management, pricing strategy, forecasting, and portfolio management is advantageous • Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating product launches is advantageous • MBA or advanced technical degree is advantageous • Ability to travel up to 20-30% as needed for customer engagement, industry events, and product development activities is advantageous • Must successfully pass a drug test where required by state law • Employment uses E-Verify
