📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of product capabilities supporting a core service line • Collaborate with Engineering, Clinical, Operations, and client-facing teams to deliver scalable technology solutions • Conduct product discovery through stakeholder feedback, workflow analysis, data review, and market or client research • Translate business, clinical, operational, and client needs into product requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Contribute to product strategy by identifying technology-influenced outcomes and understanding organizational priorities • Evaluate trade-offs across scope, timeline, quality, operational impact, and customer value • Own day-to-day execution for features and enhancements from concept through delivery • Maintain product documentation, validate expected functionality, and identify risks or blockers • Build relationships with engineering, clinical, operations, and client success stakeholders • Communicate product priorities, requirements, release plans, risks, and status updates • Prepare materials and updates for leadership, operational, and client-facing discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Requires a BA/BS • Minimum of 5 years of related experience • At least 2 years of solutions management experience • Any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to think strategically and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to engage technical and nontechnical stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle • Experience in value-based care, Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS), Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), Medicaid, Medicare, or health plan operations • Experience with data integrations, analytics, workflow automation, and process optimization • Familiarity with SQL and data-driven decision-making • Experience developing or managing technology products within complex clinical, operational, or regulated healthcare environments • Candidates must be within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s), unless an accommodation is granted as required by law
