📋 Description

• Own the roadmap end to end, including customer discovery, problem definition, prioritization, and delivery decisions • Prioritize bugs, customer feature requests, and the roadmap for the next few months to a year • Translate sales, success, and customer feedback into clear specifications for engineering • Run launches from positioning and enablement through go-to-market execution • Shape the website and product assets with the design lead • Join customer calls with enterprise revenue teams and incorporate findings into the product • QA shipped work before it reaches customers • Build the product function's prioritization, planning, and measurement processes from scratch • Grow the product team as the company scales • Work directly with the co-founders to shape product direction

🎯 Requirements

• Remote in the United States, or hybrid in New York or San Francisco • US or Canadian Citizen • An extremely high level of agency and curiosity • Exceptional written and verbal communication • A track record of shipping and launching products, including the GTM side • A few years of product experience at a fast-growing product company • AI-native experience is a plus • Build with AI tools every day • Technical enough to go deep with engineers on AI and data systems • Energized by ambiguity and a fast pace
