📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery orchestration for complex RCA Next migrations and multi-solution platform implementations • Build and manage integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies • Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Implementation, Solution Teams, Sales, and Customer Success • Identify, escalate, and resolve delivery risks, blockers, and decision points that impact project outcomes • Provide clear and consistent delivery status reporting, including customer-facing progress updates • Ensure alignment between contracted scope, implementation execution, and customer value realization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or a related field • Experience leading complex SaaS, data platform, or enterprise software implementation programs • Proven success managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder delivery initiatives across cross-functional teams • Strong program management expertise, including dependency management, execution tracking, risk mitigation, and delivery governance • Ability to influence outcomes and drive accountability without direct managerial authority • Healthcare, revenue cycle, financial systems, and/or hospital operations experience preferred • PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus
