📋 Description

• Lead customer initiatives and support development and delivery of technology-enabled service offerings • Partner with Engagement Managers on customer engagements focused on revenue cycle transformation and performance improvement • Analyze complex healthcare data sets to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights • Develop and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions • Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure successful solution delivery • Provide subject matter expertise on revenue cycle operations, KPIs, and best practices • Develop documentation and reusable tools for organizational knowledge sharing • Support product development by identifying opportunities for innovation and automation • Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and strategic planning sessions • Travel occasionally to customer sites as needed, estimated at less than 20% • Foster ownership of project and customer success

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations or consulting • Prior professional services or consulting experience strongly preferred • Experience with RCM vendors, health systems, or payers highly valued • Deep understanding of revenue cycle KPIs, workflows, and operational levers, including denials, A/R, cash collections, and charge capture • Ability to interpret and communicate complex financial and operational data to non-technical stakeholders • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases • Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems such as Epic or Cerner and healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIR is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentations • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
