📋 Description

• Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers on complex processes and related policies • Interpret data and identify possible answers, referring issues for policy interpretation when necessary • Advise on designing new processes and systems that meet professional standards • Develop and test administrative procedures, processes, and databases • Organize complex documents using standard office software • Gather and summarize data for special reports • Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization • Act as first-line supervisor of a customer service support team • Help achieve productivity and turnaround-time targets • Handle complex and valuable issues • Identify and escalate policy, procedure, regulatory-code, and conduct-code noncompliance • Participate in assessment, development planning, training, and coaching activities • Maintain knowledge of technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education and conferences • Analyze data trends and data from multiple sources to support decision-making • Create business cases, quantify costs, justify investment, and identify return on investment • Document current and future-state processes and products • Conduct gap analysis and identify change-strategy components • Plan, organize, prioritize, and oversee activities to meet business objectives • Develop, monitor, interpret, and align policies and procedures with organizational strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Must live in Illinois, United States, near a major airport hub • High school education required • 13 months to 3 years of general work experience • FINRA Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) is highly preferred but not required • Clear and effective verbal communication skills • Comprehensive understanding and effective use of standard office equipment and software packages • Ability to develop plans and perform actions based on recommendations and requirements • Ability to analyze data trends and data from multiple sources • Ability to analyze potential solutions and make recommendations based on benefits, costs, and value • Understanding of business context, needs, rules, architecture, organizational structure, cultures, capabilities, and processes • Ability to create and interpret business cases and quantify costs, investment, and return on investment • Ability to envision and document current and future-state processes and products • Ability to conduct gap analysis • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and oversee activities efficiently • Ability to develop, monitor, interpret, and understand policies and procedures • Up to 100% travel availability
