📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day tasks related to clinical revenue management and charge capture optimization projects for Professional Billing customers • Apply technical expertise and interpersonal skills to support clients • Leverage advanced technology tools to deliver analysis and process improvement strategies • Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of clients' revenue cycles • Collaborate with various levels of client leadership • Deliver client-focused solutions and tangible operational improvements

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field is required (an MBA, MHA, and/or MPH is highly desirable) • 3-5 years of deep healthcare experience is required, with a focus on professional billing coding and charging • Previous experience in a professional services or consulting role is essential, demonstrating a proven track record in delivering client-focused solutions • Expertise in professional revenue cycle management, with a specific focus on physician coding and charge capture processes, is required • Strong technical knowledge in your area of expertise, along with relevant licensure or certifications (e.g., CPC, COC, CPPM, CRCR, CIRCC, RHIA, CPMA) is expected • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, guide cross-functional teams, and interact with all levels of client and internal staff • Exceptional financial and analytical skills, with a strong aptitude for using data and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel) • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences • Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% to client sites as needed • Desired: CPC Certification, CPPM Certification, CCDS-O Certification, Epic PB Resolute Billing Administration, Charge Capture and Coding Experience
