📋 Description

• Review data records to flag and fix errors • Ensure proper data transformation from receipt through an ETL to the BI platform • Work with audit, financial solutions, development, and data analyst teams to resolve data flow and quality issues • Analyze large transportation data sets to identify insights and help clients execute data-driven decisions • Deliver business reviews highlighting transportation spend, trends, savings opportunities, and Infios’ value • Monitor market conditions and assess their impact on client transportation budgets and operations • Design and manage KPI reporting solutions using Infios’ proprietary BI tools • Act as a client point of contact, responding to requests and maintaining professional relationships • Collaborate across internal teams to enhance software tools, reporting solutions, and customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Transportation, Analytics, or related field preferred • 3–5 years of experience managing customer accounts or relationships • B2B software experience is a plus • Experience in client-facing roles • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to understand customer challenges and proactively deliver effective solutions • Proficiency with large data sets and tools like Excel, Access, or SQL • Data visualization experience with Tableau or Power BI preferred • Growth mindset with adaptability in fast-changing environments • Strong attention to detail • Position is open to US citizens and green card holders
