• Establish and maintain operational governance frameworks, controls, monitoring processes, and oversight mechanisms for the Individual Dental business • Lead quality assurance programs, standards, audit methodologies, scorecards, monitoring, corrective actions, and performance improvement initiatives • Lead knowledge management, operational documentation, business readiness, communication, and knowledge transfer activities • Lead operational compliance and risk management; coordinate audits, assessments, reviews, and control evaluations • Govern strategic vendors, including performance reviews, service levels, escalations, compliance, and continuous improvement • Lead business testing for system implementations, product launches, operational changes, and strategic initiatives • Drive continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, corrective action planning, operational optimization, and change adoption • Lead and develop teams across quality assurance, knowledge management, compliance, risk management, testing, vendor governance, customer operations, reporting, and business operations • Lead day-to-day Individual Dental operations and establish priorities and execution plans • Oversee enrollment operations, billing, premium administration, reconciliation, financial accuracy, and related issue resolution • Lead customer operations, contact center performance, escalations, complaint management, service quality, and issue resolution • Lead operational reporting and business intelligence, including dashboards, scorecards, metrics, executive reporting, forecasting, and planning • Provide oversight of Dental Claims operations performed by Enterprise Operations organizations • Serve as operational leader during enrollment periods, business events, and significant operational incidents
• Bachelor's Degree required • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in operational excellence, quality assurance, compliance, risk management, business operations, healthcare operations, or related disciplines • Demonstrated experience leading quality, governance, compliance, testing, operational effectiveness, or risk management functions • Strong understanding of operational controls, audit methodologies, risk management frameworks, governance practices, and compliance oversight • Experience managing complex vendor relationships and performance governance programs • Knowledge of testing methodologies, operational readiness practices, and implementation support activities • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and organizational change • Experience working in highly regulated environments • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills • Experience leading teams in matrixed organizations preferred • For permanent or occasional work at home, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload required
