📋 Description

• Contribute to the firm's commercial and technical Point of View on AI, Generative AI, and autonomous agent systems • Lead executive-level client workshops to identify high-ROI AI use cases, assess organizational readiness, and develop ethical AI adoption roadmaps • Design and architect scalable, reliable multi-step autonomous AI agent systems using LLMs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and AutoGen • Translate business problems into technical roadmaps aligned with client data governance, security, and compliance requirements, including GDPR and local data laws • Partner with sales to structure, scope, and estimate complex AI consulting engagements as the subject matter expert • Establish best practices, technical standards, and quality assurance processes for AI and MLOps workflows • Serve as a senior, client-facing consultant bridging Generative AI technology and strategic client outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in technical consulting and AI architecture • Demonstrable experience building and orchestrating autonomous AI agents, including reasoning, tool-use, and multi-step planning • Experience designing and deploying production-grade Generative AI applications and Large Language Model (LLM) workflows • Prior experience as a billable, client-facing resource in Technical Consulting or Professional Services • Expert-level proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks • Deep understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP and related MLOps tooling • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presenting complex technical concepts to executive, non-technical audiences • Exposure to complex enterprise platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, or SAP (preferred) • Experience with low-code/no-code AI agent builder tools such as Flowise or LlamaIndex (preferred) • Must have work authorization in the employing country without current or future visa sponsorship requirements
