📋 Description

• Assist Konecranes dealers and key account customers with Lift Trucks service and product support in North America • Develop the dealer network by teaching assembly and commissioning processes for new Konecranes Lift Truck products • Coordinate or execute assembly and commissioning where there are no dealers • Verify products match current specifications and quality standards • Supervise and troubleshoot in the field, by phone, and by email • Provide theoretical classroom and practical hands-on technical training for customers and dealers • Visit customers and dealers to provide technical advice and support and identify or generate business opportunities • Report non-conformities and technical issues using standardized processes • Ensure Konecranes warranty policy is correctly interpreted and processed • Support the sales force with technical requirements and customer/dealer non-conformities • Contribute suggestions for service development, profitability, and continuous quality improvement • Make decisions about field service measurements • Plan travel to customers and dealers for product support functions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• English is a must • Spanish desired; bilingual is desired but not required • Good PC skills • Experience in Machinery Aftersales support or similar industries • Good technical background, including knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, engines and transmissions, and spare parts manuals • Availability to travel frequently • Reside near a major airport • Ability to support operations across North America West, Canada West, and Mexico
