📋 Description

• Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, technical teams, and program leadership to understand objectives, processes, and technology needs • Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and technical requirements • Create and maintain epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements, process flows, and supporting documentation • Write clear, detailed, and testable user stories for development and QA teams • Refine and prioritize the product backlog with Product Owners and development teams • Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning • Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams • Develop and execute UAT strategies, test scenarios, test cases, and validation plans • Coordinate UAT with business users, QA, development, and product teams • Validate delivered functionality against business requirements and acceptance criteria • Identify, document, prioritize, and track blockers and defects through resolution • Use JIRA to manage requirements, stories, acceptance criteria, defects, tasks, sprint activities, and reporting • Analyze technical issues and collaborate with developers and technical leads on root causes and solutions • Support software development and implementation from requirements through post-production support • Track risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and action items • Provide program management support through status reporting, milestone tracking, meeting coordination, RAID management, dependency tracking, and management updates • Coordinate delivery activities across multiple teams and workstreams • Support release readiness and resolution of outstanding defects, requirements, and UAT issues • Improve business analysis, testing, Agile delivery, and program processes • Maintain project documentation and communicate requirements, testing status, risks, issues, and delivery progress

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, QA Analyst/Tester, or similar role within technology delivery environments • Substantial experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements • Extensive experience writing user stories and detailed acceptance criteria • Experience with UAT planning, coordination, execution, and defect management • Advanced experience with JIRA, including user stories, epics, tasks, defects, workflows, dashboards, and reports • Strong technical understanding of software applications, system integrations, APIs, databases, data flows, and SDLC processes • Experience working directly with software development and QA teams • Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and test scenarios • Experience creating test cases, test scenarios, test scripts, and requirements-to-testing traceability • Experience identifying, documenting, prioritizing, and tracking blockers and defects through resolution • Experience supporting program and project management activities, including risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, status reporting, and stakeholder communications • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple teams and workstreams • Ability to obtain a Public Trust • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred) • CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM, PSM, ISTQB, CSTE, or similar certifications (preferred) • Experience with Salesforce, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Power BI, Tableau, APIs, SQL, data validation, enterprise-scale transformation programs, or distributed technology teams (preferred)
