• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing • Headhunt top profiles within sports, entertainment, and tech ecosystems • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines in the US market • Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy • Ensure a smooth and premium candidate experience

• Proven experience in recruitment / headhunting (agency or in-house) • Strong exposure to sports, entertainment, media or tech ecosystems • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, startup-like environment • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong sourcing skills and hunter mindset
