📋 Description

• Manage new customer implementations from initial planning and site configuration through training, launch, and transition to ongoing support • Serve as a trusted point of contact throughout implementation, understanding customer needs and setting expectations • Develop and manage implementation plans, coordinate deliverables, identify risks, and address timeline issues • Set up and configure KPA's platforms and provide guidance on product functionality, integrations, and best practices • Solve implementation challenges using existing platform capabilities • Train customer administrators and supervisors to use KPA's products and manage their environments • Partner with Client Success, Product, and Content teams to troubleshoot issues, share customer feedback, and improve implementation • Ensure successful implementation completion and a smooth transition to the ongoing Client Success team • Independently manage implementations, build customer trust, anticipate challenges, and deliver a smooth onboarding experience • Help automotive businesses simplify and improve compliance through KPA's Software, Consulting, and Training offerings

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally involving customer onboarding, implementation, project coordination, or technical support • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving forward • Confidence communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding conversations toward solutions • Practical, resourceful problem-solving approach • Comfort learning new technology, explaining technical concepts, and helping others use software platforms • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with customers and teammates in a remote environment • Experience using Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management tools • A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • Experience working with Salesforce (nice to have) • Previous experience implementing, configuring, or supporting software solutions (nice to have) • Identity and eligibility to work in the United States must be verified upon hire
