📋 Description

• Designs software architecture and components for new and existing systems • Develops, tests and deploys high-quality production code • Leads technical design reviews and code reviews • Improves system performance, scalability and security • Builds and maintains automated tests and CI/CD pipelines • Mentors software engineers and shares best practices • Works with product, test and operations teams to deliver releases • Performs other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field required • 5+ years of software engineering experience • Strong experience with Java, C#, Python or a similar language • Experience with software design patterns, APIs and relational databases • Experience with Git, CI/CD and Agile development • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Continually required to use common office equipment including but not limited to computers, phones, scanners and printers • Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms, containers and microservices • Preferred: Cloud certification such as AWS Certified Developer or Azure Developer Associate • Preferred: Experience supporting federal government contracts
