📋 Description

• Provide accurate consecutive English-Spanish interpretation through over-the-phone interpretation (OPI) and video remote interpretation (VRI) • Interpret across medical, social services, customer care, and financial settings • Bridge communication gaps between healthcare providers and patients • Maintain immediate accuracy while interpreting remotely • Work a structured 5-day schedule with 2 days off

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in remote English-Spanish OPI/VRI interpretation is strictly required • Native-level fluency in English and Spanish • Exceptional active listening • Strong command of medical terminology • Knowledge of patient privacy standards and HIPAA • Ethernet cable connected directly to the router; Wi-Fi is not permitted • Client-approved USB headset required; Bluetooth, mono, and built-in microphones are prohibited • Approved headset models include Logitech H390, Jabra GN, Jabra Evolve, Microsoft LifeChat LX-6000, Plantronics Blackwire C3220, Dell Plantronics, and HP Stereo USB Headset G2 • Intel i5 processor, 6th Generation or newer • 720p or 1080p webcam • Updated Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox browser
